60jili Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights as a Player

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 60jili. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 60jili platform — whether on a desktop browser or a mobile device — you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 60jili. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform. Continued use of 60jili after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To create an account and play on 60jili, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 60jili strictly prohibits gaming by minors and takes this obligation seriously.

3. Account Registration

Account Security

Know Your Customer (KYC)

Accounts that do not complete KYC verification when requested may have withdrawals temporarily held until the process is completed.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at 60jili is ₱100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though certain payment channels may have their own transaction limits as set by the provider.

Currency

All account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on 60jili are in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion fees are charged on 60jili's end, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 60jili are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. Requests are typically processed within a few hours during operating hours, though bank transfer timelines may vary.

Withdrawal Requirements

• Your account must be verified (KYC complete) before withdrawals are approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• You must have wagered your deposited funds at least once before a withdrawal can be processed — this is a standard verification measure to prevent deposit fraud.
• Bonus funds are subject to their own wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for details.

Processing Times

GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay) may take up to one banking day. During peak periods or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer. 60jili aims to process all requests as quickly as possible.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

60jili offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they become withdrawable. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the Promotions page. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means a ₱500 bonus must generate ₱10,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• 60jili reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, including if fraud or abuse is detected.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses — such as using multiple accounts, reverse arbitrage, or systematic low-risk betting to meet wagering requirements — will result in cancellation of the bonus and potential account suspension.
• Free spins winnings are treated as bonus funds unless stated otherwise.

7. Gameplay & Fair Use

All games available on the 60jili platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that all game outcomes are completely random and independent of previous results. 60jili does not influence game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — such as a disconnection, server error, or game freeze — 60jili will make every reasonable effort to resolve the situation fairly. If a game round cannot be completed or verified, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to your account balance. Winnings from a verifiably incomplete round may not be paid out.

Game History & Disputes

Your complete game history is logged and available in your account. If you believe there has been an error in a game result, please contact 60jili support with the specific game details and round ID within 72 hours of the disputed event. We take all disputes seriously and will review the relevant logs thoroughly.

The decision of 60jili's review team, after examining server-side logs, shall be considered final in the resolution of any game dispute.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 60jili platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting schemes
• Attempting to exploit game errors, glitches, or loopholes
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime
• Providing false identification or account information
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players without authorisation
• Using a VPN or proxy to mask your true location in violation of applicable gaming regulations
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 60jili staff or other players through any communication channel

60jili actively monitors for prohibited activity using automated and manual review processes. If your account is found to have engaged in any of the above activities, 60jili reserves the right to close the account, withhold any associated balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities if required by law.

9. Responsible Gaming

Game content provided by third-party software providers (such as JILI and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used by 60jili under licence.

12. Limitation of Liability

60jili provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly and without interruption, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and technical issues outside our control may occasionally affect access.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 60jili shall not be held liable for:

• Any losses arising from platform downtime or technical errors beyond our reasonable control
• Losses resulting from your failure to properly secure your account credentials
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
• Losses due to inaccurate information provided during registration

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law in the Philippines.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

60jili reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet eligibility requirements
• Requests from regulatory authorities

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any balance related to the violating activity may be forfeited. Legitimate balances unrelated to the violation will be returned after review, subject to standard verification procedures.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting 60jili support. Remaining verified balances will be paid out through your registered withdrawal method.

14. Changes to These Terms

60jili may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or a notice on the platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the most recent version was published.

Continued use of 60jili after an update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the new version. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
